Join Melissa Mead for a transformative 2 session pottery course designed to nurture both you & your child. “Clay Play” invites participants to explore the tactile world of ceramics through a gentle, playful approach. This course is perfect for a fun afternoon break from screens.
Course Overview:
Create a simple form with Rolling pinss: Explore fundamental handbuilding methods, creating forms with an emphasis on shaping, decorating and exploring.
Foster the art of looking and seeing: What simple shape combinations can create faces, simple lines change expression and more.
Connect: Focus on the joy of making rather than perfection. Participants will create pottery that brings satisfaction and connection by creating togethert.
