Refunds and Exchanges

MeadCeramics is a small business, every item and glaze is handcrafted. I am unable to offer exchanges or refunds for a change-of-mind. Items are packaged with great care however if your items arrives damaged or broken please take photos and get in contact via the contact page with-in 48 hours. We can lodge the information with NZ post and organize the best way forward.

Variations & Differences

MeadCeramics is a small business every item and glaze is handcrafted. This means each items has it’s unique features - please choose with care as I am unable to offer exchanges or refunds for a change-of-mind. Please do contact me however if something is just not quite right.

Recycling and Packaging

I do my very best to package your items with reused packaging collected from local shops - your items will arrive as diamonds in the rough unless ordering a gift package
